As a staple in the Palatka community, WPLK and WIYD will continue to provide favorite radio voices and personalities but will take on a new refreshed role in the community. The ownership change comes at the cusp of new growth and development. By leveraging the resources of what the community has to offer and embracing collaboration from its citizens and local government, Charlie Douglas and Blue Crab Broadcasting, LLC intend to provide the foundation for a downtown renaissance, raising the standards for what the future of Palatka can and will look like.
